Jersey Mike’s Menu & Prices
Jersey Mike’s built its name on one idea: fresh-sliced meat and cheese, cut to order, on bread baked in-house every day. Below is the full 2026 menu broken down by size, price, and category — plus the size comparison nobody else shows you: what you’re actually paying per inch of sub.

Mini vs. Regular vs. Giant — What You’re Really Paying Per Inch
Most menu pages stop at listing the three sizes and prices. Here’s the number that actually tells you which one is worth ordering.
| Size | Length | Price Range | Price Per Inch | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | ~5 in | $6.45–$8.99 | $1.29–$1.80/in | Kids, light lunch, sampling a new sub |
| Regular | ~7.5 in | $9.99–$13.99 | $1.33–$1.86/in | Standard single-person meal |
| Giant | ~15 in | $16.99–$19.99+ | $1.13–$1.33/in | Splitting with a friend, best per-inch value |
The Giant tends to be the best per-inch deal — split between two people, it usually comes out to $8–$10 per person for a full meal, less than buying two separate Regulars. Jersey Mike’s, like most chains, sets pricing by franchise location, so treat the numbers above as a solid national ballpark rather than what you’ll see on every receipt.
What Is “Mike’s Way”?
The default way regulars order — and the single most-searched Jersey Mike’s question.
Ordering “Mike’s Way” doesn’t cost extra — just tell the person slicing your sub. It’s the closest thing Jersey Mike’s has to a house style, dating back to the original Point Pleasant Beach shop.
Full Menu by Category
Eight menu categories, from cold subs to catering. Tap into any section for the full item list, calories, and prices.
Cold Subs
14 numbered classics, from the Original Italian to the Veggie. This is the menu most regulars order off — the meat is sliced when you order, not pre-portioned, so two “Regular” subs from the same store can look slightly different in thickness.
Hot Subs
Grilled cheesesteaks and hot sandwiches, including the Famous Philly and Big Kahuna. These take a few minutes longer than cold subs since everything’s cooked on the flat-top after you order.
Sub in a Tub
Any sub, minus the bread, served over a bed of lettuce instead — the go-to option if you’re avoiding carbs or gluten. Ask for it “in a tub” when ordering; it’s not always listed separately on in-store menu boards.
Wraps
Five wraps using the same fresh-sliced meats and cheeses as the subs, just swapped onto a flour tortilla. A bit less messy to eat on the go than a Giant.
Sides & Sweets
Chips, cookies, and pickle spears. Chip selection varies a bit by location, but the classic Lay’s and jalapeño kettle chips show up almost everywhere.
Drinks
Fountain drinks, bottled beverages, and iced tea. Fountain machines are typically Coca-Cola branded, so expect the standard Coke lineup plus a few flavored options.
Kids’ Menu
A smaller sub sized for kids, bundled with chips and a drink. Worth asking if it can be made “Mike’s Way” too — some kids like the vinegar, some don’t.
Catering
Giant Party Subs (feeds 8-10) and boxed lunches for offices or events. Most locations want at least 24 hours’ notice for larger catering orders — call ahead rather than walking in same-day.
